Shirley AnneSEDGLEYSadly passed away suddenly but peacefully on Thursday 14th June, aged 74.
She will be greatly missed by husband Trevor, son and daughter in law Chris and Sarah and daughter and son in law Amanda and David and her 5 granddaughters Alex, Hannah, Amber, Kara and Mia along with many friends.
The Funeral service will take place at 1.00pm on Tuesday 10th July at Stafford Crematorium, followed by a celebration of Shirley's life at Weston Hall where everyone is welcome.
Family flowers only please with donations if desired split between Katharine House and the Critical Care Unit at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.
